Enterprise Booking Terms & Conditions
Day Charter
Minimum 24 hour notice for all bookings
25% Deposit within 7 days of booking, balance of payment 30 days prior to departure date.
Bookings less than 30 days full rate payable on booking.
- Cancellations fees:
- Less than 24 hours notice - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 48 hours notice - a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Overnight Charter
Minimum 5 days notice for all bookings
25% Deposit within 7 days of booking, balance 30 days prior to departure date.
Less than 30 days from charter date full rate payable on booking.
- Cancellation fees:
- Less than 5 days notice - a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Disclaimers:
- No advance booking will be held without receipt of a deposit within 7 days of booking.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is transferred to another date of travel provided rescheduling is not less than 72 hours prior for overnight charter & 24 hours prior for day charter. - Payment can be made by Credit Card - Visa, Bankcard, Master card or Amex. A 3% charge is applicable if paying by Amex.
- Payment by EFT. All funds must be cleared before day of charter departure.
- The management of Enterprise Charters reserves the right to cancel if weather conditions are unsuitable for charter.
- All catering & wines subject to availability.
